Almond Mini Nutella Cups

I love recipes like this one during these hot summer months.

One of the main reasons being that they are no bake. I am extremely reluctant to turn on my oven lately.

Another reason is they only take 5 minutes to make. And you know that I'm all about relaxing during my summer holiday. The less it takes to make food, the better!

These Almond Mini Nutella Cups are definitely going on my regular rotation!

Sure, you may have seen these cups before on my blog.

In the form of my Easy Cookie Dough Mini Nutella Cups. Or my Mini Nutella Pretzel Cups.

Basically I love making these and switching up the topping. But these past weeks, my obsession has been almonds.

Another reason I have been obsessed with making these cups is how freaking easy they are to make.

All you need is:

  • Nutella
  • Coconut Oil
  • Whole Almonds

That is it!

I love to store these in the freezer, especially during the summer. That way you can ensure it stays nice and hard when you peel it. It would be a disaster if the heat made it melt in your hands before you could even eat it!

Also, as you have seen on my other posts, you can definitely switch up the topping. If you don't have almonds, get creative! Find something you do have. And if you make some combo I have never tried before, let me know! I would love to try it out too. 😉

These are dangerous. I am a huge Nutella fan and to being able to make these with just three ingredients and no baking required sounds perfect.

These almond mini Nutella cups are so cute! I love Reese's peanut butter cups but I think these are going to be even better!
