Did you know that National Fudge Day was 4 days ago? Here I was experimenting with different fudge flavors this month without even knowing or posting a recipe so that you can celebrate it too.

Well, it is better late than never. This might be my new favorite fudge flavor, just because I love sweet coffee flavours. So for all the coffee lovers out there, this lovely Coffee Fudge is the recipe for you! I have been enjoying this fudge along with my morning coffee, just for that double dose of coffee flavor. And since I like a strong coffee drink, this fudge is the perfect way to add a little sweetness to my coffee.

Fudge is probably one of my favorite desserts to make during the summer, especially when it is too hot to turn on the oven. You can bet that I will be making a lot more fudge recipes this summer!

Coffee Fudge Ingredients

This easy chocolate coffee fudge recipe is made with only 4 simple ingredients. All you need is:

  • semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • unsalted butter
  • instant coffee

Equipment

Homemade Coffee Fudge on a granite surface.

Tips

Storage: Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.

Experiment with different chocolate. I love semi sweet chocolate, but if you want a different chocolate flavor try using milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate chips.

Make a larger batch. Double the recipe, then pour the fudge mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Line the sides of the pan. Make sure you use either aluminum foil or parchment paper to line any rigid pan you have so that you can easily remove your fudge from the prepared pan.

Use a silicone pan. Instead of a rigid baking pan, use a silicone pan to make the fudge easier to take out.

Make espresso fudge. Instead of instant coffee, use instant espresso powder.
