Why is it always right after the summer months that I start craving ice cream?

Ever since I got this Deluxe Ninja Creami from my husband for our anniversary, I have been experimenting with all kinds of Ninja Creami recipes. But this Ninja Creami Biscoff Ice Cream might be one of my favorite ice creams that I have made so far.

This might be the creamiest ice cream I have ever made in the Ninja machine. I have gone deep into the Ninja Creami community, and it seems like most people use protein powder and added gums. While I think there is definitely a place for that, I am not looking to buy ingredients that I can't find at my local grocery store yet. Plus, I have been craving some of the full fat ice cream that I usually buy. And this one is so much better than the ones I usually buy.

Ninja Creami Biscoff Ice Cream Ingredients

This Ninja Creami Cookie Butter Ice Cream is made with only 4 basic ingredients, so there is no excuse NOT to make it. All you need is:

  • whole milk
  • instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Biscoff spread (also called Speculoos cookies spread)
  • half and half

Equipment

Tips

Storage: Store any leftover Ninja Creami in the Ninja Creami pint container (it should come with a lid making it a fairly good airtight container). When ready to eat, set to ice cream setting and respin.

Add in some mix-ins. This recipe makes a good ice cream base. However, I love adding in Biscoff cookie pieces for a crunchy cookie taste. To add in mix ins, make a hole in the center of the ice cream using the back of a spoon.

Can I use heavy cream? Most recipes I have come across use heavy cream in their Ninja Creami. However, I have always found that when I use heavy cream, the texture turns out more like you are eating butter. And I don't particularly like that. The half and half provides that creamy texture of a regular ice cream without compromising in taste.

    1. It is a creamer! In Canada it is called table cream, but in the US it is called half and half. You can also substitute that with heavy cream if that's what you have!

So, so good! I don’t love the vanilla pudding addition but overlooked it because everything else was perfect!!
