Stovetop Balsamic Honey Brussels Sprouts Ingredients
The full list of ingredients for these Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts is only 6 ingredients long, and that is including oil, salt and pepper! All you need is:
- a little olive oil or avocado oil
- halved brussels sprouts
- salt
- pepper
- balsamic glaze (also known as balsamic reduction)
- honey

Storage: allow any leftover Brussels sprouts to cool to room temperature, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat and maintain the crispy sprouts, heat some oil on a large skillet over medium heat, then cook the Brussels sprouts in the hot oil for 5-7 minutes. If you don’t mind not having crispy Brussels sprouts, you can use your microwave to reheat them.
Don’t have balsamic glaze? You can replace it with a mixture of balsamic vinegar or white red wine vinegar and maple syrup.
Add some spice. If you like your Brussels sprouts a little but spicy, try using tangy honey or mixing in some red pepper flakes.
Make roasted Brussels sprouts. Instead of making them on the stovetop, you can mix all the ingredients together and place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400℉ for around 20 minutes.
