I just bought Nutella.
Buying Nutella for me is always both a very good idea, and a very awful idea. Very good because Nutella is freaking delicious, and there is so many new things I can bake with it (like my oatmeal Nutella cookies, Nutella brownies and eggnog Nutella ice cream to name a few). Very bad because, well, once the jar of Nutella is open, I start digging in with a spoon. There’s no stopping me.

And so, when I bought this jar of Nutella, I was determined to bake as many different things with it as possible, so expect more Nutella treats in the future!
Or maybe don’t. I’m not sure how long I can control my spoon…
Maybe next time I go grocery shopping, I will make sure to buy two jars of Nutella. One jar for baking with, and one jar designated specifically for snacking.
Is that too much?

Oh my gosh these look ridiculously good! I love nutella!!!
These cookies look fantastic with that Nutella in the middle. Have you ever tried Biscoff? It's really addictive!
As a complete Nutella addict, I could definitely get into these cookies. I'm kind of swooning just thinking about them.
My favourite treat is two ingredient Nutella ice cream – simply mix together two cups each of Nutella and coconut cream, and then churn in an ice cream machine. Absolutely divine, and utterly addictive.
Rightly said…we love nutella but hate how quickly it gets over at home :-)…so similar with spooning and gorging on this delicious treat…these cookies may just be able to make us try nutella out another way…lovely cookies and a great recipe, thanks for sharing 🙂
Jars of nutella are very dangerous indeed, such an addictive flavour. So I can imagine myself eating the entire batch of these cookies on one go…
We have similar love/hate relationships with nutella lol. These cookies look like the perfect use for it!
Yum! I feel quite full after reading all that 🙂
Really addictive!
The Nutella queen strikes again! Looking forwards to more Nutella recipes, Cathleen! (No wonder I can't lose weight)

Beauties! I have the same problem with Nutella 🙂
Hi Cathleen gorgeous and yummy looking cookies , thanks for sharing 🙂
I'm looking for cookies to bake for the holidays and these look perfect! I don't typically keep nutella in the house because it ends up in my belly (vs baking). Hehe. But I'll definitely have to stock up for holiday baking. 🙂
