Banana Bread French Toast for One

What is your go-to order for brunch?

Mine is either Eggs Benedict or French Toast. My reasoning is that I only order food that I don't make at home.

But then that got me thinking... why don't I make French Toast at home? I understand the Eggs Benedict because poaching an egg is a pain, but French Toast? It seems easy enough to make.

Then when I asked John if he wanted French Toast he said no. And I remembered why I didn't make it.

Most recipes will make a large batch, but when it's only me eating it I wanted to keep it small.

This is where this Banana Bread French Toast for One comes in!
