Easy Caramel Apple Nachos for One. This no bake treat is an easy way to enjoy your favorite apples as a quick and simple snack.

Whenever I was stuck on what to make for after school snacks, these Apple Nachos for One were my go-to.
Not only are they super easy to make, my 3 year old loved trying to scoop up the chocolate chips with the apple slices. He has even been requesting it as a dessert lately, making it a win in my books. This is definitely a healthier alternative to ice cream, which is what he usually requests. And it being no bake is a huge bonus. There is no way that I am turning on the oven in this heat.
I was going to save this recipe for the fall when everyone is looking for apple recipes, but because I have been making it so often lately, I thought it was only appropriate to share now. So if you are looking for a no bake healthy treat, this is the recipe for you!

Apple Nachos for One Ingredients
This apple nachos recipe is just made with 3 ingredients. All you need is:
- apple slices
- caramel sauce
- mini chocolate chips
That’s it!

Tips
What apples to use? You can use whatever apples you like! I like Granny Smith apples because it gives you a sweet and tart combo, but if you like a sweeter snack try a sweet variety of apples like pink lady or fuji apples.
Swap out the caramel sauce. Try using your favorite sweet sauce like chocolate sauce.
Add additional toppings. I love using different kinds of chocolate chips or sprinkles on top for a fun alternative to mini chocolate chips.
