One of my favorite things to make lately is granola. I have been on a granola kick lately, and I really can’t stop recipe testing new granola recipes.
I have got to say that this Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola might be one of my new favorites lately.
The combination of peanut butter granola clusters mixed with rich chocolate chips makes this granola such a treat to make (and eat!). I always have a bag of it in my purse for when I want an alternative to the peanut butter and chocolate granola bars that I am also obsessed with.
If you love the peanut butter and chocolate combo, this granola is perfect for you!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Ingredients
This homemade granola is just made with 6 simple ingredients. All you need is:
- creamy peanut butter
- honey
- ground cinnamon
- vanilla extract
- old fashioned oats
- chocolate chips

Tips
Storage: Store cooled granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Best way to eat the granola: I love this particular granola on top of Greek yogurt, in milk or just by the handful. It makes a great snack for when you want to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Swap out the chocolate chips. I love using different kinds of chocolate, like white, milk or dark chocolate chips. But you can also swap it out for dried fruit, such as dried cranberries or cherries for a more Peanut Butter and Jelly taste.
