Storage and Freezing

This fudge can be stored either at room temperature or in the fridge. Since it is so hot right now here in Wisconsin, I am storing it in the fridge. But during the winter, I like to leave it on the counter because the texture is softer and easier to eat.

This fudge also freezes well! It works best when you freeze the fudge in a single layer in an airtight container.

    1. All of the condensed milk that I have bought have been 14 oz cans. However, I think that it should work with a 12 oz can as well.
