Salted Caramel Oatmeal

Easy Salted Caramel Oatmeal recipe. Tastes like dessert for breakfast, this quick and simple bowl of oats is perfect for brunch.

Salted Caramel Oatmeal

I just had a student today tell me that they do not like caramel.

Like, at all. Said that it was disgusting paired with anything.

Honestly, I'm kind of offended. But then again, it may be because this student has never tried this Salted Caramel Oatmeal.

Salted Caramel Oatmeal

I personally love all things caramel. I don't know why caramel is seen as a fall flavour, because you can literally get it all year round. But I'm going to take full advantage of it. Going to be making caramel flavoured things weekly over here.

And since I always make oatmeal, this Salted Caramel Oatmeal seemed like the most obvious place to start.

What do you need to make this Salted Caramel Oatmeal?

Honestly, not much. All you need is:

  • milk
  • water
  • oats
  • chia seeds
  • caramel sauce
  • sea salt

That's it!
