A stack of creamy Peanut Butter and Jelly Nutella Cups.

This might be one of my favorite recipes right now.

For one, it is no bake. Which is a must for the summer. For another thing, you can prep them in under 10 minutes. And with a newborn and a very active toddler, this is the only way I'm going to be making sweet treats.

This recipe came about when I was craving both Nutella cups and peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. They should really sell these Peanut Butter and Jelly Nutella Cups at the grocery store, because I would buy them all out.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Nutella Cups Ingredients

These Nutella Peanut Butter Jelly Cups are made with 4 simple ingredients. All you need is:

  • Nutella
  • coconut oil
  • creamy peanut butter
  • strawberry or raspberry jam

Equipment

  • mini muffin tins
  • mini paper liners
  • microwave safe bowls

Tips

Storage: Store these little cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. I would not recommend them stored at room temperature, as will melt. You can also store them in the fridge.

Can you use other spreads instead of peanut butter? Yes! Most spreads work in place of peanut butter, such as Biscoff spread, cashew butter, etc. I would say that you shouldn't use natural peanut butter, as this spread is a little too watery to hold these cups together.

Variations

Add in your favorite mix-ins. If you wanted to take these Nutella cups to the next level, add in some mix-ins! I love adding mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts, but you could really add anything you like.

Make it vegan. Instead of Nutella, try to find a vegan chocolate hazelnut spread. I like using Nocciolata.
