Peanut Butter and Jelly Nutella Cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 5 Tbsp coconut oil, divided
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 24 tsp jam

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.
  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the Nutella and 3 Tbsp coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Divide the Nutella mixture into the prepared muffin pan. Set aside.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the peanut butter and remaining coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Divide the peanut butter mixture evenly overtop of the Nutella cups.
  • Scoop 1 tsp jam on top of each Nutella cup and freeze until hardened, around 3 hours.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
