Peanut Butter and Jelly Nutella Cups

Ingredients

Nutella
5
tablespoon
coconut oil,
divided
½
cup
smooth peanut butter
24
teaspoon
jam
Instructions
Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the Nutella and 3 tablespoon coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Divide the Nutella mixture into the prepared muffin pan. Set aside.
In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the peanut butter and remaining coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Divide the peanut butter mixture evenly overtop of the Nutella cups.
Scoop 1 teaspoon jam on top of each Nutella cup and freeze until hardened, around 3 hours.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.

Total time does not include time in the freezer.
