So I got cabbage in my Imperfect Foods box last week.

And I have never cooked with cabbage before. Look through my blog. I have no idea what to do with it.

Naturally, I go to Pinterest for some inspiration. When I run across a recipe from The Girls Who Ate Everything, I knew I had to make it.

Ground Beef Egg Roll in a Bowl

This Ground Beef Egg Roll in a Bowl is such a good way to use up your cabbage. It is made with simple ingredients and ready in under 20 minutes, this recipe is perfect for weeknights.

Typically when I want a weeknight meal using ground beef, I will make make my Easy Ground Beef Tacos, or my Ground Beef Mushroom Bibimbap. But now that I have this recipe in the arsenal, I think that this is one of the ones I will reach for the most.
