Easy Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie recipe. Made with only 5 ingredients, this simple dessert idea is perfect for last minute treats.
Is it weird that I’m making pumpkin recipes at this time of year?
What if I told you this pie was no bake?
There we go.. this recipe is starting to sound a little more appropriate. I’m not ready for the fall yet, but I am definitely ready for some fall flavours!
What do you need to make this Easy Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie
You only need 5 ingredients, so there is really no excuse NOT to make it.
All you need is:
- pumpkin puree
- marshmallows
- cinnamon
- heavy cream
- prepared graham cracker crust
That’s it!
I have been switching between making my No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pie and my No Bake Chocolate Truffle Pie lately. But now that I’m craving pumpkin more than usual (I blame my pregnancy), this one might be my new favourite around here.
That is, until I get another craving. Who knows what I will want tomorrow. Thank goodness it hasn’t been anything weird like pickles and ice cream. I did see a recipe for Carrot Pie that sounds intriguing, if you are looking for another unique pie idea.
So if you are missing your fall flavours but you still want a no bake summer recipe, this pie combines the best of both worlds.
