This super simple and healthy homemade Chocolate Granola is packed with granola cluster, chocolate chips and 3 different types of nuts.

Mornings are so busy these days. Although maybe, it doesn’t have to be that way.
Being a mom of a 1 and a 3 year old, I need to get better about prioritizing my time. And in the mornings, I will always prioritize my sleep. Which means that most of the time, I end up waking up very soon before I need to leave for work the next day.
Luckily, I make this Chocolate Granola pretty often. This means that I can just grab a ziplock bag full of this granola, take a yogurt cup with me and eat my breakfast when I get to work. It is truly a lifesaver on mornings where I need to be out of the door quickly.
