Preheat the oven to 340℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, pecans, cashews, almonds, coconut flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, salt and cocoa powder.
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut oil and maple syrup.
Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and mix until the oat mixture is fully coated.
Pour the mixture on top of the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 17 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before breaking into chunks. Mix in the chocolate chips.
