Matcha Fudge

Easy Matcha Fudge recipe. Made with condensed milk and 4 other ingredients, the green tea powder really shines in this dessert.

Matcha Fudge

What do you make a lot during the holidays?

Is it cookies? Soups? Candy?

I am all about the fudge this time of year.

Matcha Fudge

And this matcha fudge isn't like any I've made before. It's so quick and easy, I am going to be making this every Winter Holiday from now on. All you need is:

  • white chocolate chips
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • butter
  • vanilla
  • matcha powder

That's it!

Matcha Fudge

Even though I love fudge so much, I barely ever test new recipes out.

My go-to fudge recipes are my Rocky Road Fudge and, for the holidays, my Peppermint Fudge.

And now I am going to add this fudge recipe to my rotation of holiday treats.

Matcha Fudge

I gave some of these to one of my colleagues before I left for Vancouver, and he finished it in under a day. If that isn't a glowing review, I don't know what is.

If you make this recipe, let me know how you liked it! Rate it, leave a comment and tag me with #atasteofmadness on Instagram! I always love seeing what you are creating!

I am totally addicted! I was drawn in by the green color of this fudge and had a bag of matcha powder in the cabinet so how could I not? It has a very interesting taste and I love it! Luckily, I can't eat too much since it's very rich. Just don't eat it before bed time, if you are sensitive to caffeine, since you will be awake all night!

What an interesting variation, I've never even heard of matcha, but might have to give this a try. I'm always on the lookout for new holiday treats!
