Easy Mini Egg Nutella Cups recipe. Made with only 3 ingredients, this makes a quick and simple last minute dessert idea for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 24 mini eggs

Instructions

  • Line a mini muffin pan with 24 paper liners. Set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the Nutella and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. 
  • Divide evenly into the prepared muffin pan and top with 1 mini egg each. Transfer the pan to the freezer to harden. Remove from the freezer and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the freezer or the fridge.

    These are too cute and love how simple! will have to make these with the kiddos and I luckily have all the ingredients on hand!
