I had every intention of making brownies yesterday when I got home from work. I was already planning what would be the base (my nutella brownie recipe of course) and adding something to it to make it new and blog-worthy. Yes I know, that seems like cheating, but with it being so busy at work, I really have no time for recipe testing these days. Tried and true recipes to the rescue!

But as soon as I got home, I got major sugar cravings and I knew that I couldn't wait for the brownies to finish baking in the oven. I needed something sweet right NOW!

So I am making one of my other dessert staples: quick and easy chocolate cups.

My love for quick and easy chocolate cups is well documented now, with my peppermint oreo truffle cups, chocolate peanut butter coconut cups and dark chocolate salted caramel cups to name a few.

These 3 Ingredient Crispy Nutella Cups are made in a mini muffin pan, meaning you can totally eat more. They are tiny, why not?? Not that you really needed an excuse to eat more.4

Or at least I didn't.

I know I promised fall baking, but I have been loving my chocolate too much lately that I haven't even pulled out my can of pumpkin puree yet.

Over the weekend, I promise that it will be all apple picking, pumpkin baking and decorative gourd buying. And I am not even sorry about the decorative gourds. I've got to have them. They are just so dang cute.

  1. Great recipe as always. There is absolutely nothing wrong with just slightly changing a recipe that works. I have made 3 different kinds of brownies on my site but they all have the same basic recipe but just slightly different inclusions. Totally new recipe 😉 hey if it works why change it?
