Cashew Mini Nutella Cups

We aren't even a week into the New Year, and I am already making some Nutella cups.

I blame Twitter.

Usually I don't read long Twitter threads, but today I was reading one about people who don't like Nutella. And it looks like a LOT of people don't like Nutella. Which made me want to make something with Nutella even more.

Cashew Mini Nutella Cups

The best thing about this Cashew Mini Nutella Cups recipe is that it only requires 3 ingredients to make. All you need is:

  • Nutella
  • coconut oil
  • cashews

That's it!

And yes. If you have been following me for a while, you may have seen recipes very similar to this one. Recipes like my Mini Nutella Pretzel Cups, or my Almond Mini Nutella Cups

But these little dessert bites are so easy and so good, I want to make it with every combo I can think of!!

Also, if you don't have any cashews on hand, feel free to replace it with whatever you have in your pantry. This recipe is so versatile, and it works with so many different mix-ins.
