Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats

My first time making overnight oats!

Can you believe that it has taken me this long??? Considering I have a HUGE amount of oatmeal recipes on this blog.

But now that the weather in Chicago is getting warmer (and by warmer, I mean above freezing), let's celebrate with a cold oatmeal.

Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats

I know a lot of people will heat up the overnight oats in the morning, but I decided that I wanted to eat a cold oatmeal.

Topped with cold mangoes.
