Easy Reeses Peanut Butter Cookies recipe. These cute cookie bites with Reese's cups in the middle are sure to be a hit!
Reeses Peanut Butter Cookies

Ever since I was a kid, I loved peanut butter.

My day was filled with peanut butter sandwiches and just spoonfuls of peanut butter straight out the jar. Those were the days.

Now I have become more sophisticated in my peanut butter consumption. More sophisticated by baking with them so that I can hide the fact that I am consuming super-human amounts of peanut butter in one sitting.

So for all those peanut butter lovers out there, I suggest you make these Reeses Peanut Butter Cookies. You can thank me later.

My favourite part about this recipe is that they are mini, so clearly that means that you can eat more.

They are also ready in no time, so you can have these ready to eat faster than it takes to watch an episode of your favourite Netflix show.

Now that's fast.

I was thinking about making these cookies with the white chocolate version of Reeses chocolates (like what I used in this Chocolate Layer Cake) but I thought the effect wouldn't look as good as the milk chocolate version.

So if you want a quick and easy cookie recipe that are super cute and perfectly portioned, look no further. All you need is a mini muffin pan and ingredients that you probably already have lying around your kitchen. Happy baking!

  5. 'Nut butters' and nuts of any kind are the one substance I really can't moderate my consumption of--as a kid, I used to have problems with ALL foods that way, but as an adult this one food category remains something I have NO control over. I could eat a jar of cashew butter like a jar of yogurt if I let myself. That is why I love baking with pb, almond butter, cashew butter...it prevents me from consuming the whole jar myself.
