Have you ever had those days where you are trying to be productive, but then your mind wanders off to some place where there is baked goods, and pure vanilla extract, and you cannot continue what you were doing before until you bake something to get this feeling out of your system?
No? Only me?

Well that’s exactly how these little Pecan Rolo Pretzel Bites came to be. Or we can let my excuse be that I’m making them for the Oscars. Even though I have only watched the Oscars once in my life, and I doubt these babies will even be hear after the day is done.
Whatever the case, if you have 10 minutes of your day to spare, I highly recommend you try these out. Whether making it for the Oscars, for a loved one, or for breakfast, lunch and every snack in between (that didn’t happen to me..honest) these are my new go-to treat.

What you need to make Pecan Rolo Pretzel Bites
It’s so easy to make. All you need is:
- mini pretzels
- rolo chocolates
- pecans
That’s it!!

Pecan Rolo Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
- 20 mini pretzels
- 20 rolo chocolates
- 20 pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300˚F
- Place pretzels on a cookie sheet. Top each pretzel with one rolo chocolate.
- Bake for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the pecan half on the warm rolo and press down. Let cool to harden.

These pretzel bites are so cute and delicious. I love that sweet salty taste. I made several dozen and they went so quickly I could have kept on going. I’m serving them at our Independence Day gathering. I’m printing out the recipe to have on hand for the upcoming holidays — they will make excellent gifts.
Ooh that’s such a great idea! And yes, such great gifts 🙂
What a creative cute idea for little bite sized snacks/treats! My whole family would love these. They love pretzels alone let alone with pecan and rolo on top! Thank you!

My mind wanders off about cooking, baking, and eating at least a few times a day. Haha. These pretzel bites look amazing!…and they're so easy.
These look like the perfect little 'snack'. Although, knowing me, I'd eat too many since they're so tiny 🙂
That always happens to me too! Even when I`m incredible tired! I still just want to bake. 🙂

It happens with me, other day I get craving for chocolate cake and couldn't feel better until I had Monginis Chocolate cake…I like these mini bites.
