I have officially graduated! Walked down the stage. Shook people's hands. Had a square hat. Life is good!

Except for the fact that I need to do this all over again on Monday. I guess this is the downside of getting two degrees...

It was a day of people telling me things. "Get the gown". "Pin your gown in this way". "Stand on the stage and face in this direction to get your picture taken."

No one ever told me how HOT it was in those gowns. By the end of the ceremony, all I wanted to do was face plant into a bowl full of ice cream.

Luckily, using this recipe, you can have homemade ice cream in no time. And no ice cream maker is  necessary! I should have thought of this BEFORE I bought my ice cream maker. Oh well. I'll keep this in my back pocket for when I move to Toronto, along with my no churn peanut butter ice cream cake. Sadly, I'm going to be leaving my ice cream maker behind. Partly because it's too big to be worth bringing it along, and partly because...well..it's Toronto. It will probably be cold enough without the ice cream.

This ice cream is just what you need after a long, hot day. Super creamy, super easy, and hello! 4 ingredients! You probably have them all in your house.

Also, you can never have too many Nutella recipes. It's the rule I will always live by.

Yes, those gowns ARE hot. When I got my first degree (econ), I walked. I didn't for my second (history) or third (law). I'm so glad to be done with that part!
