Tips

Storage: Store these Biscoff Nutella sandwich cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. You can also store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Switch up the cookies. Don't like crunchy cookies? Replace the Biscoff cookies for your favorite chewy cookies.

Replace the Nutella. Don't like Nutella? Switch it up for cookie butter, peanut butter, or whatever your favorite spread is!

To make the cookie crumbs: I like to either use a rolling pin or a food processor. If you want to use the rolling pin, I would suggest to place the Biscoff cookies in a large ziplock bag, or make a pocket out of plastic wrap to avoid making a mess.
