Easy Monterey Jack Artichoke Dip made with mayo and yogurt. Baked to perfection, this dip is perfect with tortilla chips as a snack or appetizer.

Hello friends! I am so excited to share with you some of my FAVOURITE products that I have been buying for years now.
Ever since John’s brother gifted us some Neal Brothers salsa for Christmas two years ago, me and John have been on the lookout for places near us that sell their salsa.
Seriously, it is unlike any salsa you have ever had before. It is sort of vinegary and tangy, but in the best way possible. We love a spicy salsa, and the ones on the hotter side really pack in the HEAT! Me and John are addicted, especially to the habenero kind. And today, I want to offer one lucky reader some a chance to win some of their products.

Neal Brothers just underwent a rebrand with their labels, I almost walked right past it at the grocery store. I still have some of the salsa with the old label in my fridge!
But their new label is so clean and fresh looking, it almost makes me want to buy it more. When they sent me a box full of their products, I had no idea they branched out so much. I thought they only sold salsa!!
But to my surprise, there was salsa along with pasta sauce, kettle chips and TORTILLA CHIPS!
If you know me at all, you know that I am obsessed with tortilla chips. And to go along with any good tortilla chip is a good dip.

Of course, I needed to sample these tortilla chips first. I needed to make a dip that would compliment the tortilla chips perfectly. And I think I have found THE ONE.
This artichoke dip combines the perfect amount of cheese with the artichoke, and is amazing with the crunchy, salty Neal Brothers Deep Blue Tortilla chips. Make sure you eat the dip right out of the oven for the best flavour!

Now it is your chance to try the Neal Brothers products for yourself!
The giveaway is only open to Canada because Neal Brothers is a proudly Canadian company. As much as possible, I like to support more local brands because Canada doesn’t get as much love as I think it deserves.
It certainly helps when the products these brands produce knock my socks completely off. Seriously, once you try the salsa, or even these tortilla chips, you will be sold!
If you make this recipe, let me know how you liked it! Rate it, leave a comment and tag me with #atasteofmadness on Instagram! I always love seeing what you are creating!
