Milk Tea Bubble Tea Oatmeal

Have I gone too far with my oatmeal??

I have been loving making bubble tea at home, but always end up making wayyy too many pearls. The solution?? Put them on oatmeal! Has there been anything that I haven't put on oatmeal yet??

Plus I am a sucker for easy breakfast recipes. All you need to make this oatmeal is:

  • brewed tea
  • oats
  • milk
  • stevia
  • chia seeds
  • cooked black tapioca pearls

That's it!

Even though this Milk Tea Bubble Tea Oatmeal looks decadent, it is actually surprisingly healthy.

For the tapioca pearls on top, I used my recipe for Instant Pot Tapioca Pearls, but I think you can actually buy pre-cooked pearls.

I personally like making it myself because it is so easy, but you do what works best for you!

I actually have boba tea pearls in my cupboard. I had no idea what to do with them except make tea and never thought to add them to anything else. So excited to try them in oatmeal.
