Maple Hot Chocolate

Easy Maple Hot Chocolate recipe. This comforting drink is rich and decadent, it tastes like liquid dessert.

Maple Hot Chocolate

I went to a math conference the other day. Boy what a day that was. It was incredibly fun to say the least. It lasted the whole day, but when it was over I was exhausted!

What better way to end the day then by sitting down with a warm cup of hot chocolate while reading a good book? Since summer started, I am actually reading books that are NOT math! It's very refreshing, but when I finish the book I am currently reading, I won't know what to read next! Any suggestions would be much appreciated 😉

So all those who don't know what the typical day of a Canadian is, let me clue you in: We wake up in our igloos, and walk a few steps to out make-shift kitchen to eat some poutine and drink a large mug of maple syrup, then go out to ride our polar bears to work.

So when I found this recipe online I thought that I HAD to make this, since I am not a typical Canadian, and have never drank a cup of maple syrup. This is the closest I will get.

(For all those who were wondering, I'm totally joking. We are normal up here, I swear)
