Gnocchi Mac and Cheese

Back from winter break.

Back to reality, and back to my regular schedule.

This calls for some comfort food.

Gnocchi Mac and Cheese

If this Gnocchi Mac and Cheese isn't comfort food, I don't know what is.

Since my Baked Macaroni and Cheese recipe blew up during Thanksgiving, I KNOW you all like your mac and cheese as much as I do.

So I'm switching up the macaroni with gnocchi to give you something different.

Different is not always bad. This different is easier and a LOT quicker to make than my old mac and cheese recipe.

Also, get ready for a whole lot more gnocchi recipes coming your way in the near future.

I am subscribed to this food subscription service called Imperfect Produce (not sponsored, just totally in love with this service) where you can get fruits, vegetables and now all kinds of food for so much cheaper than you would buy at your local grocery store.

Every so often, they have a pack of gnocchi for $1.99. That is a steal of a deal, so every time I see that, I buy a couple of packs.

Hope you love gnocchi as much as I do, because you will be seeing it a LOT more on the blog!
