One day I'm complaining about how cold it is. The next day, I'm complaining about how hot it is.

Honestly, you can never win. But making these Cookie Nutella Cups using only 3 ingredients, I think I would call that a win.

Storing and Variations

I would strongly suggest that you store these Cookie Nutella Cups in the freezer in an airtight container. While they can be stored in the fridge, once out they melt quite quickly. In order to ensure minimal melting, especially on a hot day, storing them in the freezer is optimal.

If you don't have any mini cookies, these are great just plain without it. Or you can top it with whatever you DO have on hand. Chocolate chips, pretzels, dried cranberries... whatever needs using up at your house.
