Cinnamon Iced Latte

Easy Cinnamon Iced Latte recipe. Made with cold brew concentrate, this drink is the perfect way to start the day.

Cinnamon Iced Latte

When did it become so difficult to wake up in the mornings?

I remember when I was in university, I had 8AM classes. And it took me 1.5 hours to get to the university. So waking up early was what I did.

Now I'm lucky to be out of my bed at 10AM.

Cinnamon Iced Latte

But if drink was waiting for me, I would be out of bed so fast you would think I was back in my university days.

Plus it's so easy to make, so you can (almost) make it in your sleep! All you need is:

  • ice
  • cold brew concentrate
  • simple syrup
  • cinnamon
  • milk

That's it!

Cinnamon Iced Latte

This summer, my Mint Mojito Coffee has stollen my heart. But this Cinnamon Iced Latte might be a close second.

It might be me transitioning into fall flavours, but right now all I am craving is cinnamon, ginger and pumpkin. I am SO ready for fall flavours. Maybe less ready for going back to the classroom in the fall.

Cinnamon Iced Latte

So whether you are a morning person or not, I am sure you would appreciate this drink to help you start the day.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • ½ cup cold brew concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Fill a mason jar or tall glass with ice. Mix in the cold brew and simple syrup.
  • Add in the cinnamon and milk to a separate mason jar. Cover and shake until lightly frothy.
  • Pour milk over the coffee and enjoy.

Notes

  1. Make if vegan by using a non-dairy milk!
  2. I have found that almond milk doesn't produce a great foam. If you want a nice foam on top, I would suggest either whole milk or oatmilk.

  1. Looks yummy but it's missing "caffè" in its name. A latte is just milk in Italian, and it's an Italian word. Once you add coffee, it's a "caffè latte". I like the addition of cinnamon!

It looks delicious and would help me get up early as well as I am not a morning person. Would it be ok to make the night before and store in fridge?
