Ingredients

ice cubes

cup
cold brew concentrate
1
tablespoon
simple syrup
¼
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1
cup
milk
of choice
Instructions
Fill a mason jar or tall glass with ice. Mix in the cold brew and simple syrup.
Add in the cinnamon and milk to a separate mason jar. Cover and shake until lightly frothy.
Pour milk over the coffee and enjoy.
Notes
Make if vegan by using a non-dairy milk!
I have found that almond milk doesn't produce a great foam. If you want a nice foam on top, I would suggest either whole milk or oatmilk.
