3 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Cups recipe makes for a quick and easy dessert idea. Made with coconut oil and topped with coconut chips,

I was seriously debating whether or not to post this recipe.
Mainly because no matter how many times I tried taking photos of these Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Cups, they ended up looking awful. Like a hot mess.
Basically, like the photos you can see now.
But these cups were so good that it almost felt wrong to keep them from you. So I am posting them. Bad photos and all. I hope you can forgive me.

I know with the New Year, you are probably wanting to see a healthy recipe, or 10 ways to get a six pack fast. But quite frankly, I never make any New Years resolutions. So it’s back to eating chocolate and cookies for me in the first week of January.
Because, to be honest, I think that having a goal for the New Year that doesn’t involve changing our body is totally okay too.
Maybe my goal should be make more foods with chocolate. If so, I am already off to a good start.
Do you see how freaking melty and drippy this chocolate is? Now imagine how that would be in when you eat it! Basically melt in your mouth chocolate goodness. Which is usually what I look for when I am making chocolate.
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Cups are a great snack or dessert idea to kick your sweet tooth to the curb, and they are portion controlled! This recipe only makes 4 cups, which I usually eat with John in one sitting.
But hey! It’s okay because it is homemade, and made with love. Also, it is still the holiday season. No guilt until next week, right?

I to have had the, it tastes fab but the photos are meh thing, it’s so frustrating. But your photos easily show how fab these look and taste. I never heard of whose considering increasing chocolate in the foods they eat. You are a disciplined person to contemplate this. If I try to do this I would go overdo it and my weight would skyrocket.
