I feel like smoothie bowls have gone out of fashion lately. I remember 5 years ago when they were the thing to make.

Now all I see is baked oats, salmon rice and pasta chips. Remind me, I still need to try those last two food trends.

  • frozen cherries
  • frozen blueberries
  • frozen strawberries
  • protein powder
  • green superfoods powder
  • almond milk
  • your desired toppings

Ingredients

  • cup frozen cherries
  • cup frozen blueberries
  • cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 scoop green superfoods powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • toppings (granola, fruit, etc)

Instructions

  • In a blender, puree all of the ingredients (except the toppings) until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
