Easy Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream recipe. Made with minimal ingredients, this simple dessert idea is a great nut free sweet treat.
This is probably the quickest turnaround from making a recipe and posting it on my website.
Usually it is in my post drafts for ages, then I need to edit the photos and upload them… it doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s a PROCESS!
But ever since posting a “sneak peek” of this recipe on my Instagram stories, I have been getting SO MANY messages from all of you requesting the recipe.
So here it is. Biscoff Ice Cream. Aka: my new favourite ice cream recipe.
I know I say “new favourite” VERY often around here, but this one is for real my new favourite. Since taking these photos, I have made this ice cream 2 more times.
And as a food blogger, I don’t make many recipes more than once after I got it right. This one was the exception.
What do you need to make this Biscoff Ice Cream?
It’s so easy to make! All you need is:
- Biscoff spread
- white sugar
- vanilla extract
- milk
- whipping cream
That’s it!
Oh yeah… also an ice cream maker.
Even though… yes, it is still the winter, I make ice cream year round. I mean, how can you resist making this Biscoff one or, now that Easter is coming up, my Mini Egg Ice Cream.
I’ve got an ice cream for every occasion, so I hope you look through my Ice Cream archives to get some inspiration!
But first…TRY THIS ONE!! You won’t regret it.
If you try this recipe, let me know! Rate it, leave a comment and tag me with #atasteofmadness on Instagram! I always love seeing what you are creating!
