I can confidently say that I trust my toddler 100% to be my recipe tester.

Kids are always brutally honest. They will let you know if you made something terrible, or if it tastes really good. So when there were no leftover pancakes after making these Easy Chocolate Chip Sheet Pan Pancakes, I knew I made a winner. These are the perfect pancakes that the whole family will love. And if you have any picky eaters, you can always change the toppings on one half of the pan. Plus, they are ready in no time. Instead of being in front of a hot pan for the entire morning, you can just dump the entire pancake batter into a sheet pan and pop it into the oven. You will end up with a bunch of pancakes with very little effort on your part.

This is why it is one of my favorite breakfasts, especially after having my second baby. One of the best ways to simplify our busy mornings.

Tips

Storage: Allow any leftover sheet pan pancakes to cool at room temperature, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Experiment with different toppings. While I love to sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter, there are so many different toppings you can use instead! Some of my favorite toppings are fresh fruit (fresh berries are the best), white chocolate chips or banana slices.

Try different flavors for the batter. Pancake mix comes in so many different flavors now! I love making chocolate pancake batter, or adding in some pumpkin pie spice to make it into a fall breakfast.

Make your own homemade pancake batter. While I really love using pancake mix because of the convenience, homemade pancakes often taste better. I personally love this recipe for fluffy pancakes.
