- 3 cups pancake mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 425℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the pancake mix, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Pour the pancake mixture onto the prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the middle is no longer raw.
Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares.
- I like to use Kodiak Cakes pancake mix for more protein, but any pancake mix you have on hand will work!
- Store in any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
