Ever since the New Year, I have been making healthy Ninja Creami recipes.

Well, healthier. My go-to is usually a good Ninja Creami Protein ice cream as an after school snack. I love that you can make homemade ice cream in no time, and so much healthier than what you can buy from your local grocery store. But lately, I have been craving some creamy strawberry ice cream. So I made this 3 Ingredient Ninja Creami Strawberry Ice Cream. Just in time for Valentine's Day too. This might be my new favorite no churn strawberry ice cream that I have ever tried. With only 3 ingredients, you really can't go wrong.

3 Ingredient Ninja Creami Strawberry Ice Cream Ingredients

This homemade strawberry ice cream recipe is just made with 3 simple ingredients. All you need is:

  • strawberry milk
  • instant vanilla pudding mix
  • frozen and fresh strawberries

Tips

Storage: Store any leftovers in the Ninja pint container with the lid. This acts as an airtight container, so when you are ready to eat it, place it in the Ninja Creami machine and process as before.

Add your favorite mix-ins. I love the chocolate and fresh strawberry flavor, so I love adding in chocolate chips and real strawberries. But I think white chocolate chips would taste very good as well.

Swap out the strawberries. You can make this with any fruit you like! Just swap out the strawberries in the ice cream base for frozen fruit of your choice! Then add the fresh fruit of choice as your mix-ins. You can keep the strawberry milk, or swap it for whole milk or coconut milk.

Make use of Ninja Creami's re-spin function. If you notice that the texture is powdery after the first spin, give it a second spin on the Re-Spin function. This will help bind all of the ingredients together more, giving it a creamy texture.
