How pretty is this Mango Blue Smoothie Bowl?

Ever since I saw these beautiful blue bowls on Instagram, I have been wanting to try it so badly.

Honestly, I don't know what was stopping my. I could just buy it myself. But I think the main barrier for me was the price.

Mango Blue Smoothie

Blue spirulina is pretty pricy. The bag I bought on amazon costs $30. But for the mood boost that this beautiful bowl gives me in the morning? I think it's worth it for me.

Plus, this bowl is so easy to make. All you need is:

  • frozen mangoes
  • blue spirulina powder
  • almond milk

That's it!!

Of course you can always add whatever else you want into this smoothie bowl. I love topping it with extra fruit and granola, plus I will sometimes add in some protein powder and collagen powder if I want something a little more filling.

This is another reason I love smoothie bowls. They are so versatile, you can switch them up and add whatever you are feeling on that particular day.

When I don't want a pretty smoothie bowl, I will make my Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie Bowl, but I am saving this recipe for days that I need a morning mood booster.
