Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Going from that warm weather making all my bananas super ripe to that cooler weather where I am craving all things pumpkin.

That just makes this Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Bread such a great compromise. I don't think I will care if it's pumpkin season or not, this bread might be my new favourite thing to make.

Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Okay, so I know that I say almost everything is my new favourite thing. But that's what happens with me. I will make something and get OBSESSED.

My current obsessions?

Oatmeal (forever.), iced coffee and now THIS BREAD.

It uses simple ingredients that you may already have at home. All you need is:

  • butter

  • flour
  • baking soda & baking powder
  • salt
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • chocolate chips

That's it!

Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

And while I did make a Starbucks Pumpkin Bread way back in 2015 that I have been obsessing over for years, this recipe is special in it's own way. I am definitely still obsessed with my Starbucks copycat recipe. But this one is one of THE BEST banana bread recipes that I have made in a while.

Can you think of a better combo for the early weeks of fall? I'll wait.
