It was my birthday yesterday! And for all those in Australia, a happy belated Australia day.
But as I was working from 9AM - 10PM, I really didn't have enough time to make a cake or anything fancy.
But of course I still wanted to celebrate with sugar somehow. And not with a mug cake because my boss already baked me cupcakes that morning.
This hot chocolate screams decadence without all the effort of spending time on making it. With only 2 ingredients and ready in under 3 minutes, this is seriously a no brainer.

Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup milk
- 3 tablespoon Nutella
- Marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the milk in a microwave safe mug, and microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove and stir in the Nutella. Microwave for an additional 1 minute. Stir, and enjoy!
