This Cranberry White Chocolate Granola gives the perfect balance of creamy white chocolate chips with the zing of cranberries.
I have been on a granola kick lately. Maybe it’s because my toddler is requesting a lot of yogurt lately, but I have been craving it most mornings this week. It has been a new granola recipe every week for the past few weeks, and I am so excited to share with you some of my favorites.
But today’s recipe is this Cranberry White Chocolate Granola. Quite honestly, the whole family picks this particular granola recipe as their favorite. My husband loves the nuts, my son loves the white chocolate chips and I love the granola clusters. It’s a good thing I made a new batch last night, because my family can’t get enough of it.

Tips
Storage: Store this granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 weeks. You can also place it in a freezer bag, and freeze for up to 3 months.
Swap out the tree nuts. If you have an allergy to tree nuts, swap them out for either peanuts, pumpkin seeds and/or sunflower seeds.
Add some extra spices. Want a more fall tasting granola? Try adding in a teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
How to enjoy it: Make a yogurt parfait, eat it with milk or just by the handful!
Replace the honey. Don’t have honey? Try using organic maple syrup or brown sugar instead.
