We need to talk about cinnamon buns.

Cinnamon buns have been on my mind all week. It all started when I was walking through the mall. You know how it is..walking through the mall and you pass a Cinnabon. Who's bright idea is it to put a Cinnabon in the middle of the mall for everyone to smell? No wonder there is always a crazy long lineup.

To make matters worse, one of my friends has been buying cinnamon buns on campus every day, and eating them in front of me. Which only made me crave them more.

The problem is, I refuse to buy cinnamon buns. Why pay so much money for something I can make even better at home? Or maybe I'm just too poor to be spending money on everything that I'm craving? Let's just say it's the first one...

But the problem with the "making it at home" bit is that I have no time. Like, at all. Why do you think the last thing that I made was homemade peanut butter? Because it's just so simple. So what do I do when I have a cinnamon bun craving but no time?

Make a cinnamon bun smoothie of course! I have definitely done this last semester when I wanted some oatmeal raisin cookies.

Make everything into a smoothie. That is my new motto. Drink up!

  1. I had something similar years ago at cinnabon, I need to make a replica so I can enjoy it at home 🙂 This is a nice inspiration
