Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Easy Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon recipe. Made with only 6 ingredients, this makes a quick and simple weeknight dinner idea.

Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

I have been cooking salmon in my kitchen non-stop for so long now.

Really, I don't know what it is, but all other kinds of meat kind of freak me out. I just don't like cutting them, and I am terrified that I am going to give someone salmonella in the cooling process.

Ironically, I never worry about salmonella when cooking salmon.

Maybe it's because I have had enough sushi in my life to not be terrified of raw fish (and I know that the sushi fish are extremely fresh so they won't get you sick, but still...). So salmon has quickly become my go-to.

And now I think that this Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon is going to be my new go-to on busy weeknights.

  1. Delicious recipe! My first time cooking salmon. I put the salmon on a bed of white rice seasoned with lemon pepper and a side of asparagus. Definitely using this easy recipe again

What a simple and delicious idea! I love salmon but struggle to think of new ways to serve it - this sounds ultra tasty and like something I definitely need to try.

I love the simplicity of this recipe. As a salmon lover, I tend to eat it always in the same way. Baked in the oven with herbs de provence. I like the idea of mixing it up with your glazed brown sugar and spicy flavors. Thanks for the tip.
