These ABC Baby Mini Muffins are the perfect little muffins for baby-led weaning. With no added sugar, these muffins are perfect for littles.
If you are looking for a healthy snack for your baby or toddler, these ABC Baby Mini Muffins are great!
When my baby started eating solid foods, I was always worried that anything that I would buy from the grocery store would have too much sugar in it. So I made started making these muffins, and they are honestly the perfect first muffin for little hands. The mini size makes these muffins great for finger foods, and will help your baby develop their pincer grasp.
Both of my boys are turning out to be such little foodies, and these muffins are one of the foods that they both love. My oldest likes it with a little jam in the middle, while my youngest will try to shove the whole thing in his mouth. It’s safe to say that I make these muffins on a regular rotation.

Tips
Storage: Store these baby muffins in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Can be served chilled, at room temperature, or heated up slightly.
Freezing: These muffins freeze beautifully. Place the cooled muffins in a freezer bag and remove as much air as you can, then freeze for up to 6 months. When ready to eat, allow to thaw either at room temperature or in the fridge.
Make regular muffins. If you don’t have a mini muffin pan, or want to make larger muffins just scoop the batter into a regular muffin pan. The only thing you will need to change is the cook time. I would recommend adding a couple more minutes to the time, and poking the muffins with a cake tester until they are completely cooked.
