Peanut M&M Nutella Cups

First day of summer yesterday, and I am really feeling the heat.
Evan woke me up at 5AM today, and we walked out into our living room: it was already 86 degrees in there! We seriously need to move somewhere with air conditioning, because I can't stand this for much longer.
But for now, I am going to be making these Peanut M&M Nutella Cups. Because anything no-bake sounds good to me in this weather.

You only need 3 ingredients, so there is really no excuse NOT to make it:
- Nutella
- coconut oil
- Peanut M&Ms

I have made these Nutella cups with every topping imaginable. From pretzels to marshmallows to nuts of all kinds. This recipe is so versatile.
If you don't have M&Ms on hand, top it with whatever you do. If you don't have Nutella, try cookie butter. It turns out great regardless of what you put in it!

Peanut M&M Nutella Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 24 Peanut M&Ms
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin pan with 24 paper liners. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the Nutella and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Divide evenly into the prepared muffin pan and top with 1 peanut M&M each. Transfer the pan to the freezer to harden. Remove from the freezer and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the freezer or the fridge.
