Cheers to the weekend!

This week was LONG. I feel like I haven't had the chance to take a break this entire week. But with Thanksgiving coming up next week, I am going to be able to relax and take some time for myself.

So I am starting off the weekend RIGHT! Come join me with a Screwdriver!

Screwdriver

I had no idea how easy Screwdrivers were to make. All you need is:

  • ice
  • vodka
  • orange juice

That is literally it!!

Now I'm questioning myself... why have I ever spent money on these drinks in restaurants?? I should have been making them at home!

The key here is to use fresh orange juice. It is seriously a game changer.

Of course, if you only have bottled orange juice, you can use that too. But if you can, having fresh oranges is where it's at.

And after you have your vodka drink, you can use some more vodka for dinner in some Penne alla Vodka.

What is your favourite thing to do with vodka? I have been buying so much of it lately, and I am starting to run out of ideas. I would love to hear some suggestions!
