I think this recipe might be one that I have been making the most often in the past few months.

This is definitely a weeknight meal that I can get behind.

If you don't have mozzarella cheese, switch it up! I have tried this recipe with many different cheese blends, and they all turn out so good.

This recipe is also so versatile, you can add whatever you want into it. Have some bacon bits? Throw those in! Maybe some leftover turkey? Why not! Try adding that too!

Easy Baked Gnocchi

If you are looking for another 3 ingredient gnocchi recipe, might I suggest my 3 Ingredient Pesto Gnocchi. Whenever I have spinach, I will make that gnocchi. But if I don't have many ingredients in the fridge at all, you can find me making this super simple recipe.

Try it out and let me know how it goes! I always love seeing your photos. Post a photo on Instagram and tag #atasteofmadess. I'd love to see your creations!

This is so much easier (and faster) to make than lasagne or baked ziti. I take GF gnocchi and boil them up in 2 minutes. The cooking time is the longest part of it.
