Strawberry Mango Smoothie

I love mangoes. Love love love, with a capital L. I buy them buy the bag full. But I have never been able to make anything with them because I seem to always eat them by themselves. I can`t help myself. There they are, all nice and yellow and attractive, just calling for me.

But I restrained myself long enough to make a drink. A pretty healthy breakfast smoothie to be precise. Because when I want a drink for breakfast, I will not be reaching for a glass of orange juice from my local grocery store. (which, apparently, has been sitting in vats for up to a year with the oxygen removed, with added flavor packs often made by perfume companies. Just so you know..) I can just make my own tasty beverage.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie

What you'll need:

-½ mango, peeled and cubed
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-¾ cup plain yogurt

Directions:

    1.   Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
