These Oreo Mummies are the perfect spooky Halloween dessert. These no bake treats are so easy to make, and so fun to eat!

I'm calling it. Even though it is technically still summer, I think that Spooky Season starts now,

I'm already seeing Halloween decorations in the grocery stores, and Halloween parties being planned. So I am going to be making cute treats for Halloween from now until the end of October.

The whole family loves these Oreo Mummies. It is such an easy recipe to make: my toddler even helped me make these! Plus, they are great to bring to school events because they are nut free, and you can even make them gluten free if you use gluten-free Oreos. I will definitely be making (and eating!) these Oreo cookie mummies a lot in the next couple of months.

Oreo Mummies Ingredients

These Mummy Oreos are just made with 4 simple ingredients. All you need is:

  • white chocolate chips
  • coconut oil
  • Oreo cookies
  • candy eyeballs

Equipment

  • small microwave-safe bowl
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper (or wax paper)
  • heat safe piping bag

A parchment paper lined baking sheet with Oreo Mummies neatly lined on them.

Tips

Don't have candy eyes? Swap them for mini dark chocolate chips.

Storage: Store these Oreo mummy cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Making the white chocolate bandages: you can either use creamy white chocolate chips or white chocolate melts. Place the melted white chocolate into a piping bag (or ziplock bag) and cut the tip of the piping bag off. In a zig-zag motion, allow the white chocolate drizzles to cover the top of the cookie. To make the mummy wrapping look even more real, zig-zag the chocolate in different directions.

Make Oreo Mummy Pops. Stick lollipop sticks inside each of the Oreos, and decorate them with the white chocolate mummy bandages.
